Bentos Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our bento reservation service. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.

1. Scope of service

• This reservation service is limited to the delivery and collection of bentos at the Fira Gran Via in Barcelona (pick-up point in Pavilion 4, Local 23, Mandarin Palace). Orders outside this area will not be accepted.
• Service hours are Monday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., subject to changes indicated on the website or notifications.

2. Booking rules

• Advance reservation : All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, and for orders of more than 100 units, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Supply is not guaranteed for last-minute orders.
• Minimum order quantity : A minimum order of one unit is accepted.
• Booking modifications : If you need to change details of your booking (such as amount or time), you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance; changes outside this period are not accepted.

3. Payment and cancellation

• Payment Methods : We accept various payment methods, including online payment. Please choose the appropriate method and follow the instructions on the page when making the payment.
• Payment Term : Payment must be completed within 24 hours after placing the order. Orders not paid on time will be automatically cancelled.
• Order Cancellation : Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and for orders over 100 units, 48 ​​hours notice is required. 100% of cancellations outside the stated time frame are charged.

4. Terms of collection

• Pick-up time : Pick-up will be arranged according to the reserved time. Please pick up your order at the indicated time.
• Review : Please check the quantity and quality of the bentos upon receipt. For any problems, please contact us within 1 hour after pick up.

5. Food safety and responsibility

• We guarantee fresh and healthy ingredients, strictly complying with food safety regulations.
• In case of quality problems due to delays in collection or other force majeure, please contact our customer service or go to the counter for assistance.
• If you have special dietary needs or allergies, please indicate them when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot assume responsibility for any risks arising from a lack of information.

6. Privacy Protection

• We strictly protect your personal information and will not share it with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

7. Review of the terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. New terms will become effective upon posting; you are advised to review them regularly.
